Control water temperature


   The water temperature of hot towel compress the face is controlled between 37 and 45 degrees. When using hot towel compress the face for oily skin, it is best to make the water temperature biased to its own body temperature, that is, below 40 degrees. When applying hot compress for dry skin, the water temperature can be slightly higher, but it can not exceed 45 degrees. Prepare a clean towel, soak it in warm water at 37~39℃ for a while, take it out and gently wring it out, spread out the towel and apply it to your face. It’s best to lie down when applying the compress, so you don’t need to hold it with your hands. About 5 minutes to take off the towel, and then soak in warm water, so repeat 3~4 times, a day to apply several times.
Control time


   When applying a hot towel to the face, the duration of each time is about 5-10 minutes. During this period, if you feel the towel becomes cool, you can take it down and re-soak it in hot water. There is no limit to the number of hot compresses on the face in a day, but the application at the following time points can play a special effect.

                                                       
After morning


   In the morning, the skin after a night of metabolism, often show a puffy and dim state, before cleaning the face, the first with a hot towel on the face for about 1 minutes, can help open the capillaries, so that later cleansing play a greater role in removing oil, help toxins and waste better discharge, but also effectively improve the problem of dark skin.
Before mask


   Applying hot compress to the face before applying the mask can help the pores of the face to open, so that the nutrients in the mask can be better absorbed by the skin. Before exfoliating
   Before using exfoliators, apply a hot towel to your face to help your pores open better and allow exfoliators to penetrate deeper into your pores to remove aging and stubborn keratin. However, after cleaning the exfoliator, it is best to apply cold water to your face to close the pores.
Control frequency


   Hot towels are good for your skin, but don’t use them too often, as they can leave your pores open all the time and lose their ability to shrink, leading to enlarged pores that can’t be put back together.
