Badminton is a  a very popular sport, many sports fans like to play badminton, but there is a factor may cause a wide discussion, is it necessary to wearing wrist protector to play badminton?  In fact, the answer is obvious!

We all know that vigorous exercise requires all kinds of protective gear.However, talk about light sports,is it necessary to wearing wrist guards to play badminton?  The answer is obvious: indispensable!

There are four  reasons. The first is the amount of exercise. Although the amount of exercise of playing badminton is not tremendous , much smaller than football and basketball, you don’t have to running around, but  You need to move your upper limbs,especially the arms and wrists,that is why wrists are need to be protected.
